{ feautured resto: mangan }

MANGAN is a Kapampangan term meaning "EAT". With that, one would know what to expect if you eat in this Kapampangan inspired restaurant with over 4 branches in the metro (plus a branch in Mexico, Pampanga).

Mangan and Company, Incorporated was established in September 22, 2000 to provide support to Mangan Restaurant wherein its paramount mission is to be admired in the local restaurant industry as having efficient and guest friendly operations by providing excellent kapampangan cuisine and Filipino specialties, the best customer service, a unique setting and value for money. Shown above is a lunch meal my family and I enjoyed over the weekend. With the causal dining it offers, I would say the price range of each menu is just average. With its sour taste, you will definitely love their version of Sinigang na Babi (babi means pork in Kapampangan). The platter-full Crispy Pata, at PHP400++, is a must-have for beer lovers. And the Sago't Gulaman is a delectable sweet drink for anyone who craves for something uniquely Pinoy.

I would absolutely come back to chow more of their Kapampangan cuisine!
